Wizz Air Announces Appointment Of Additional Independent Non-Executive Director And Changes To The Composition Of Its Audit And Remuneration Committees
Wizz Air Holdings plc (“Wizz Air” or “the Company” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, today announces the appointment of Susan Hooper to the Board of the Company as a non-executive director with effect from 1 March 2016. She will also serve on Wizz Air’s Audit and Remuneration committees.
